Boker Tov! Today is Shevat 6, 5772...the second day of the week....Yom Shaynee.

We are having unseasonably mild weather in my little part of the world. The prediction for today's temperature is 68ยบ! This is really not what we should be having on a day which is January 30th according to the Gregorian calendar. Winter is supposed to be here! Arrin keeps asking "When are we going to get snow, Grandma?"

I cannot help but worry about the trees, plants, and animals. I have to believe this weather messes up their internal clocks. We will soon be celebrating Tu B'Shevat..the new year of trees on Shevat 15. Let us pray this weather does not trick them into budding and then possibly dying.

I can remember, as a child, that one of the predictions of the future time of the end of days was going to be the seasons becoming a combination of all seasons. We would cease to have the four seasons and the weather that went along with them. It seems to me that this is what is happening. This, along with the high consumption and high prices of meat along with the lessening of edible crops plus the owning of all seeds by Monsanto, will contribute to a great shortage of food, WORLD WIDE, in the very near future. We are being told to limit or give up eating the flesh of animals and go vegetarian or vegan and preferably organic but how will one even grow food if we cannot get good seeds? Seeds that have not been modified?

We are going to be at the mercy of the government...which will be of the anti-christ...and of course we know that this will not be a good thing. We can only prepare now and be aware of what is happening and beware of the days ahead. But the main thing is to BE IN PRAYER to our Elohim and TRUST IN HIM. HE WILL SEE US THROUGH THE DARK DAYS.

I love you and want only the best for you! His servant, gloria

BE VERY CAREFUL OF THE WORDS YOU SPEAK!

TODAY is Kislev 9, 5772..Second day

Kislev, the month of Hanukkah...the miracle of the Festival of Lights and the Feast of Dedication. The month of Yeshua's conception. BUT it is also the month of December in the secular/Catholic world and in it we have the infamous CHRISTMAS..OR as we call it XMAS or the Christ Mass or Mithras Mass. What ever you call it is is coming! Coming with all of its evil and magic and Santa.....who is who? Satan?

I grew up with the day and Santa...and all the crap that goes with it! I did not come from a religious home...I don't even know If I ever heard the words baby Jesus in my house when speaking of christmas. ok I hate that word so I will now use xmas.
Xmas was about the tree, which was never a great tree...my Dad went to the grocery store and bought a little tree and it was in its own pot. My Mom griped with everyone of them. But we decorated them...never pretty but we tried, and it was about Santa coming, He had to come thru our front door because we did not have a fire place....and of course about the presents. We always had a nice big dinner. My Mom always made homemade rolls and the pumpkin pies and her cranberry saled.

When I got older I decorated the trees. I was especially glad when my older brother, Roger, got us a live tree when he would go get his. He did not buy them..he and his friends stole them. He almost got caught a few times too but that was the way it was! I loved decorating the tree and I tried my best to make it beautiful. and I even got my Mom to let me decorate outside, put lights on the porch, and she bought some light up plastic things, like a Santa and snowman and some plastic wooden solders. NO NATIVITY SCENES!

I continued to love to decorate after getting married and this love increased through the years. Decorate, decorate, decorate! xmas and all the other pagan holidays! But His grace abounded and when I was seeking truth He gave to me the revelation of His Way vs man's way. I am so deeply thankful!

So, we must start somewhere and let us start with the greeting. Be careful with what comes out of your mouth. We have been led to believe it is a jolly greeting..innocent and full of love....IT IS NOT! IT IS FULL OF EVIL!

I pray that whoever reads this will be given sight to see the truth and hearing to understand the importance in it.

WORDS MATTER! BE CAREFUL!

With love to ALL, His servant, gloria

The True Meaning Of Christ-Mass--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

They tell us that it is the season to be jolly. It is a time of ornaments, red and green decorations, silver bells, holly, mistletoe and colored lights. It is also a time of department store Santas calling out their universal mantra, "Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas." Nearly all of the realm of so-called "Christianity" join in and repeat this same greeting, "Merry Christmas!"

Although we hear these words constantly as they resonate millions of times throughout the land, almost nobody understands what they are really saying. It is the purpose of this tract to take the words, "Merry Christmas" and examine the true meaning and essence of those words.

A true Christian would want to examine everything they say, because Jesus said in Matthew 12:36-37, "But I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgement. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned." We will now set aside all of the customs, glitter and traditions of Christmas, which were taken from pagan witchcraft and popularized by the Roman Catholic Church, and we will focus on the true meaning of the words, "Merry Christmas!"

The word "Merry" is simple to define. It unquestionably means to be happy, joyful and light-hearted. The word "merry" fits into the ambience of laughter and frivolity. This word "merry" by itself is innocent and innocuous enough, but as we will now see, it becomes heinously blasphemous when used with the word "Christmas."

Here let it be noted that most people think that the word, "Christmas" means "the birth of Christ." By definition, it means "death of Christ", and I will prove it by using the World Book Encyclopedia, the Catholic Encyclopedia, and a book entitled, The Mass In Slow Motion.

If you are an honest, sincere and discerning Christian, please read on; if not, you might as well stop right here. The World Book Encyclopedia defines "Christmas" as follows: "The word Christmas comes from "Cristes Maesse", an early English phrase that means "Mass of Christ." (1) It is interesting to note that the word "Mass", as used by the Roman Catholics, has traditionally been rejected by the so-called Protestants, such as Lutherans, Baptists, Methodists, Presbyterians, Pentecostals and so on. The word "Mass" is strictly a Catholic word and thus, so is "Christ-Mass."

It would stand to reason, that since all of these denominations love and embrace "Christ-Mass", that December 25th is the great homecoming day, when all of the Protestants become Catholic for a day. It would seem that all of the so-called "wayward daughters" of the Romish church return to their mother, the scarlet harlot. Thus, all of the so-called Protestant churches could sing to the Pope that popular song "I'll be home for Christmas."

As previously stated, the word "Mass" in religious usage means a "death sacrifice." The impact of this fact is horrifying and shocking; for when the millions of people are saying, "Merry Christmas", they are literally saying "Merry death of Christ!" Furthermore, when the fat man in the red suit laughs boisterously and says, "Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas", he is mocking and laughing at the suffering and bleeding Saviour, who died for our sins. He does this while parents place their little children into his waiting arms to hear his false promises of gifts that he says he will give them. Consider what you are saying when you say "Merry Christmas."

What is so amusing about our Saviour's painful death? What is so funny? Why is Santa laughing? Why are you going along with it? Your words do count and Satan knows it. Yes, the word "Mass" does mean "death sacrifice", and to cement that fact, we will consider the definition of the inventors of the religious application of the word "Mass." I am looking at page 537 of the Catholic Encyclopedia, which says, "In the Christian law, the supreme sacrifice is that of the Mass." It goes on to say, "The supreme act of worship consists essentially in an offering of a worthy victim to God, the offering made by a proper person, as a priest, the destruction of the victim." (2) Please note carefully the word, "victim" of the Mass. The Latin word for victim is "Hostia" from which the word "host" is derived. The Mass, by definition of those who coined the word, is a sacrifice involving a victim. There is no other meaning for the word "Mass" or "Christ-Mass." On page 110 of a book entitled "The Mass In Slow Motion", we find the following words: "It is only with the consecration that the sacrifice of the Mass is achieved. I have represented the Mass to you, more than once, as a kind of ritual dance." (3)

In essence, the Mass is the ceremonial slaying of Jesus Christ over and over again, followed by the eating of his flesh and the drinking of his blood. The Mass is the death sacrifice, and the "Host" is the victim. This is official Roman Catholic doctrine, and "Christmas" is a word that they invented. Again, I ask, what is so merry about the pain, bleeding, suffering and death of Jesus Christ? Satan has done quite a job of getting millions of so-called "Christians" to blaspheme. What a deceiver he is.
Now you know the true meaning of the word "Christmas" or Mass of Christ. There is much more to know about this pagan holiday, and we will be glad to provide you with plenty of evidence that Jesus was not born on December 25th, and that Christmas is not only a lie, but is actually a witches' sabbat called "Yule" in clever disguise. TODAY IS CHESHVAN 3 AND TONIGHT WILL BE CHESHVAN 4

Hey! Good Afternoon! Today is Cheshvan 3...Yom Shaynee. It is a beautiful day here in my little part of the world. There is snow to the West of me and snow to the East of me and I am stuck in the middle with none! But that is a good thing because I would really like some Fall weather! The trees have not even been turning colors very much and the leaves have not been falling either.

I love trees! I have no trees in my yard. So I have to look out my windows or go outside to look at the trees in my neighbors' yards! I want some trees! Little trees sprout up in my yard and sometimes they grow rather fast and I always hope that maybe I can do or say something so that at least one is spared and allowed to live. But alas, all are always mowed down. It is a belief by certain men that yards should have nothing in the way of mowing. No flowers..no trees. My husband believes this and my Dad was the same way. He would cut down bushes and flowers because it was a nuisance to mow around them. I heard the stories about the grape vines and the lilac bushes my whole life! I have some about my husband too. He chopped down our lilac bushes and he cut down two beautiful Red Bud Trees once upon a time!

Yes, Fall is here. It is my favorite time of year. The weather gets cooler...it becomes brisk! The trees turn colors and the leaves fall. We rake the leaves into huge mounds and invaribly the kids run and jump in it. Or in my case, we didn't have enough leaves one year so I took leaves from our neighbor's yard and then we had an enormouse huge mountain of leaves and my kids and their friends had great fun playing in them!

Fall also brings a holiday that I used to love. It was my favorite holiday. Halloween. We really didn't make a big deal about it when I was a child. We had a room party at school and back then all grades could dress up and we went 'trick or treating'. Sometimes someone would have a party which was always great fun. And we believed it was just harmless good fun but now we know better, don't we?

Halloween...October 31st...what is it truly all about?

So often we hear...'Halloween is for the kids!' 'It is just good old fashioned fun.' 'There's no harm in it.' How many times do we hear 'there are no real witches, or spells or sacrifices now' or 'I don't believe in this stuff we just want to have fun and it is just for one night'? AND I HEAR....'CHRISTIANS DON'T REALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE DOING'. When I was still in the church I may not have had full knowledge of the origins of Halloween but I sure as 'HELL' knew it was not Christian! Yes, I allowed my kids to dress up..sometimes dress as evil as they wanted to. I dressed as the 'Mother from Hell' almost every Halloween. My house was decorated as much for Halloween as for Christmas. Did I sense evil?..well of course I did! Any one who professes to be born again, Spirit filled, Tongue talking and a Bible wagging Christian HAS TO FEEL THE EVIL OF HALLOWEEN! Did it stop me? NO! I did not stop until I became Torah observant and began celebrating the Biblical Feasts and Holy Days of YHVH! BUT any one with any sense and who does not want anything to do with evil should have some inkling that this is a day NOT to be celebrated!

Now, let me ask you something.....IF in fact this is a harmless holiday and you just celebrate as you do other holidays...WHY? All holidays have a reason for being celebrated..do they not? We will look at the 'holidays' and from the view point of the world and the 'church' we will try to come up with an answer to why Halloween is celebrated by good people and not just the evil ones.........................(these are not necessarily the holidays I celebrate but what most Americans celebrate in general)...............

New Year's Day.....to celebrate and commemorate the new year.

St. Valentine's Day....to commemorate a guy named Valentine and his love for a woman.

St. Patrick's Day.......to commemorate Patrick, who brought Christianity to the pagans in Ireland.

Easter.......to commemorate the death and resurrection of Jesus.

Memorial Day.....to commemorate the deaths of our fallen men and women who served our country.

4th of July......to celebrate and commemorate the independence of our nation.

Labor Day.....to commemorate all the hard working people in America.

Veteran's Day...to commemorate all of our veterans.

Thanksgiving.....To give thanks to G-d and commemorate the first Thanksgiving here in the New World.

Christmas.......To commemorate the birth of Jesus.

HALLOWEEN......to commemorate and celebrate WHAT? Oh yes, I forgot, the Catholic church took the pagan day of Samhain and made it into a church day of 'commemorating' all dead saints of the church....so that it would no longer be a day of commemorating all the dead people who would be walking the earth as spirits and there would be no evil that day. Hmmmmmmmm.

HALLOWEEN.....WHAT IS BEING COMMEMORATED? WHAT IS BEING HONORED?

DARKNESS?

WITCHES?

MONSTERS?

GHOULS?

ZOMBIES?

BLOOD?

GRAVEYARDS?

VAMPIRES?

JACK O'LANTERNS?

DRUIDS?

PAGANS?

SKELETONS?

DEATH?

EVILNESS?

SATAN?

WHAT DO YOU THINK??????

Here is a good teaching on halloween and its origins. I feel it is very important that we come into truth about these holidays that we have celebrated blindly all of our lives!

http://temcat.com/06-HiddenHistory/holidays/A%20Halloween%20Book.pdf

Look how innocent it looks for the children to go out 'Trick or Treating........

BUT here is the truth...the witches and evil ones desire to prey on the innocent.....

How innocent is a bonfire? They used to be called 'bonefires'! This is an unretouched picture. It was taken by my daughter at a bonfire she went to with friends from college. Looks like the Grim Reaper is looking for some action, don't ya think? He even looks to have his whip!

THIS IS THE TURTH ABOUT IT ALL................

Oh I almost forgot..we all love the candy...but knowing where candy corn comes from makes me wonder about all the rest!

Hey, I am still here...where are you?

Hey where are you? I am here..just haven't been writing. I try. I want to say so much but sometimes I don't even know where to begin.

Today is the fourth day of Sukkot or the Feast of Tabernacles. I am struggling. My sukkah is up. The sukkah is a temporary dwelling place. Our Father instructed the Hebrews to live in at this time each year to remember the Exodus and when they lived in temporary dwellings during their forty year journey through the wilderness. He was their covering...protecting them, sustaining them, guiding them and this is why we are to do it still today..whether Jewish by birth or grafted in. His Biblical 'holidays' have not changed nor did they end...they are the same today as they were then. Our ELOHIM has not changed..He is the same today, yesterday and forever.

BUT this is where the problem lies. The church does not teach that we are to follow the Way of G-d. It teaches we are to follow the man made doctrines and teachings of the church and it has embedded its way strongly into the world. So, if we grew up going to church or not, we have followed the holidays that have come down through the ages....Halloween, Christmas, Easter and if one followed the Catholic church you were following even more man made days.

So here I am, I got my sukkah up, decorated with lights and garlands and all kinds of wonderful things and no one to enjoy it but me and my granddaughter, Arrin. She loves to be in it with me. We sit in it and we eat in it.

ARRIN IN THE SUKKAH AS WE WERE DECORATING IT

I have tried to blend my family into these biblical holidays but it is a struggle. I tried to have family dinners and have a time of 'teaching' about each one but it has just not clicked with them. But it all goes back to the old saying.."you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink". No, we cannot change people..we cannot make them 'see' truth. When something is as embedded into their psyche as all the man made holidays and the hoopla that goes along with them, then what is one to do? I was ready..I was willing..I desired to be in truth.....but they aren't. They are unwilling to see...or maybe they can't see that all that they have believed in all of their lives is lies from Satan. I know it is a difficult thing but it is not impossible!

My husband is willing to put my sukkah up..he built it for me. He and I went and he bought the items I wanted to decorate with. But he is not willing...not ready to give up the ways of the world and come into the Way of G-d and the blessings that flow from it. He is living in a fantasy..he rides with the devil and thinks that because he went to church as a child and then again as an adult that he is ok.

We observe and celebrate Shabbat each Friday evening...both my daughters and my two granddaughters are at the table as we light the Shabbat candles but it is not enough....not enough.

IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS! It was NEVER enough when in the Christian church and it definitely is not enough now! We MUST be willing to sacrifice ourselves, our time, our energy to Him. It does not mean that we will be called to go to some other country, it does not mean we will be called to start a ministry...but it may mean we will be called to pray, to intercess for others or we may be called to praise and worship Him. BUT we have to start by seeking Him and studying His Word. To come into the understanding of His Way and understanding that it is not the way of the Christian mindset but of the Jewish mindset.

I am discouraged. I thought that things would be different by now. When I began this amazing journey I really thought my family would come into this faith and be as joyous as me. Again, I understand that I cannot make them. I also understand that I allowed forces that were against me to make me stumble and become rebellious. Sometimes we are accustomed to hearing from G-d yet we become so full of ourselves that we then think we hear Him and are doing what is right when we should have waited upon Him and then discerned that we were not hearing from Him at all but from the enemy. WAIT UPON HIM!

I was told to "Go back and spring forward". I keep going back, thinking upon the things that have happened but I have yet to 'spring forward' out of all the things that have happened to change the course of my life. I cannot give up though. I won't give up!

The Messianic Mo'adiym Devotional by Kevin Geoffrey for day four of Sukkot has just amazed me in that it is speaking to ME! Yes ME!

TO STIR YOU UP......."Therefore, brothers, be all the more diligent to make your calling and seliction firm, for (by) doing these things, though, (you) already know them and have been established in the present truth. And I think (it is) right, as long as I am in this (earthly) dwelling, to stir you up in reminding you, knowing that soon is the laying aside of my (earthly) dwelling, even as also our Master Yeshua Messiah made plain to me."
KEIFA BEIT (2 PETER) 1:10-14

So, I take a stand! My path is set, He is guiding me, I must keep my ears intune with Him...my eyes ever watchful of any detours or blocks in my road. He is with me and He will show me the way I am to go. I choose to follow Him. I choose to let His light shine within me and then I choose to let it shine for all to see....and if my light shines on others I pray that they see Him and will desire to walk in His light and will choose to follow Him too. I cannot make them but if all they see is the likeness of G-d when they see me then I have followed the path of G-d.

HAPPY ROSH HASHANAH.....YOM TERUAH

Teshuvah...Repentance and Return

Elul 29, 5771..Sept. 28, 2011

This evening at sunset is Yom Teruah..The Feast of Trumpets or as most know it...Rosh haShannah. It is the Jewish New Year. But more correctly it is the Head of the Year. So tonight, for those of us who follow the Way of G-d, we will obey and hear the sound of the shofar...some will blow their shofar....and we will light our candles and pray...eat our challah bread and apples dipped in honey and rejoice over all that our Elohim has created and the blessings He has bestowed upon us during the past year. We will also consider the next ten days...the Days of Awe...leading up to Yom Kippur. We have been in Teshuvah since Elul 1....praying and seeking G-d about our transgressions..all the things that are within us that are holding us back from being who we should be in Him.

It feels, almost, as if G-d distances Himself from each of us during these days so that we will look inside to seek what is hindering us so that when we reach Yom Teruah...when it is said.."The King is in the field"..we can run to Him and He will reach out and touch us and our burdens will be lifted from us.

We are in the season of repentance..of returning...of Teshuvah....I have heard from so many how they feel an emptiness....even a distance from our Elohim...I say to you that it is because of the time we are in. If you examine yourself and remember, you might recall that even when you were not in truth..even when you followed the church of man....you may have felt this way during this time of year... and did not understand why. The fact that YOU came out of her and saw the truth of Torah and the Path of YHVH is a sign that YOUR desire to know and understand the deepness of Elohim was evident even then and this spoke to you in your spirit and you felt His season of renewal.

Even now there are those who do not follow truth, are still encumbered in the Babylonian lies BUT do sense the spiritual dictates of G-d, yet have not the light of truth to truly see and understand what is truly being given to them. I see this all around me and within the ministries of some who believe they are speaking in the Spiritual realm and are in the sense that He codes it and WE, if we look and ask for sight and understanding, can see and understand the true meaning of what they are receiving from our Elohim.

I give you an example of one such case....this is from SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns -- 9/28/11:
'Now is the time to resolve old issues before you move into the new season. I speak of such things as unforgiveness and bitterness against yourself and others. Allowing these things to exist in a fresh spiritual environment of possibilities would only pollute and defile clean and pristine opportunities. Enter this time with a clean heart. Examine yourself to see if you are in faith and ready to receive all that I have prepared for you, says the Lord.
Psalms 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.'

I do not follow this ministry except I look at Marsha's word to 'see' when He has given a word to be gleaned. I cannot say for sure that they not aware of this season of Elohim BUT becasue they still observe the sun day sabbath and celebrate the holidays of Babylon, I am assuming they are still in her clutches. But just as our Elhim used to ass to speak out He can and will use whom He desires and it may well be from very unexpected places.

I have no doubt the desire of this woman is to have a deep relationship with Elohim but she is only at the crest and must step completely away from the man made church and come into the truth of Torah and the true Sabbath of Elohim which is His sign between Him and His people.

So I say to YOU..and myself..let us examine our ways..let us dig deeper into His Word..His Torah. Let us seek a deeper understanding of the Way of G-d so that we can walk uprightly and in the light of Yeshua. Let us resolve old issues that are holding us back. Let us seek forgiveness and let go of bitterness. Let us seek a clean heart before our LORD so that we stand before Him blameless and pure, repentant of all things we have done in the past..let us continually say to HIm..."Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me."

Let us remember what our Elohim says>....."Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, let not the mighty man glory in his might, nor let the rich man glory in his riches; but let him who glories glory in this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am ADONAI, exercising lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth. For in these I delight," says ADONAI.

And let this be our daily prayer........
"May my prayers be set before You as incense; may the lifting of my hands be as the evening sacrifice. Therefore, in view of Your mercies, I offer myself as a sacrifice, living and set apart, holy and pleasing for You. For I am to You, the aroma of Your Son, Yeshua the Messiah."

SHEMA

The Torah portion for this weekend is from Deuteronomy 3:23 through chapter 7:11.

The suggested reading from this Torah portion is the greatest commandment
found in Deuteronomy 6:4-9 that we love the Lord with all our heart, mind
soul and strength. It is known in Judaism as the Shema and begins with
asking Israel to hear and obey the Lord and realize He is the one and only
God. So please join with me that we would be a chorus of voices proclaiming on
earth and to the heavens that the God of Israel is the One and Only God.

Deuteronomy 6:4-9 "Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is
one! "You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all
your soul, and with all your strength. "And these words which I
command you today shall be in your heart. "You shall teach them
diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in
your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and
when you rise up. "You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and
they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. "You shall write them
on the doorposts of your house and upon your gates."
